Ok, i watched the movie Nights in Rodanthe, online. And I'm right...this time, I'm neither tired nor sleepy...the movie is different from the book. I know that there's such a thing as artistic influence..but I felt like the characters, Adrienne and Paul, are no longer the characters described in the book. I don't know, is this an affirmation that the book is really that bad that another script with revisions on some of the characters' elements as well as the issues at a given situtation had to be made??? I wonder how Mr. Sparks reacted?
In all, I can't say the movie is bad. It's a little dragging...but I'm a visual person so i survived it. It's a mid-life love story....sort of reminds me of the Bridges in Madison County. The theme is the same...circumstances made a lil different...but the ending is the same....separation....death.....eternal love...
Let me move on to Twilight.....until then...
